Getting Started: Set Up Your Zendesk Account
Welcome to Vantaca Support! This guide will walk you through creating your account, logging in, submitting support tickets, and finding the help you need. Whether you're managing a community association or coordinating your support team, you'll find everything you need to get started here.
1. Creating Your Zendesk Account
To access Vantaca Support, you'll need to create a Zendesk account. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the Support Portal
- Go to
https://vantaca.zendesk.comin your web browser - Look for the link at the top of the page
Step 2: Create a New Account
- Click or
- Enter your details:
- Email Address: Use your work email (this is how you'll log in)
- Full Name: Enter your first and last name
- Password: Create a strong password (use uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)
- Check the box to agree to the terms of service
- Click
Step 3: Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a verification message from Vantaca Support
- Click the verification link in the email
- Your account is now active and ready to use!
2. Logging In to Your Account
First Time Login
- Visit

- Enter your email address and password
- Click
Staying Logged In
If you want your browser to remember you on your personal device (not a shared computer), check the box that says before clicking sign in. This is convenient for your own computer but not recommended on shared devices.
3. Submitting a Support Ticket
Need help? Submitting a support ticket is quick and easy.
Step 1: Access the Submit Ticket Button
- Log into your account at
https://vantaca.zendesk.com - Look for the button (usually at the top or in the main menu)
Step 2: Fill Out Your Request
- Subject: Write a clear, brief title for your issue (e.g., "ACH Payment Not Processing" or "Cannot Access Accounting Reports")

Description: Explain what you need help with in detail:
- What were you trying to do?
- What happened (or what didn't happen)?
- Any error messages you saw?
- When did this start happening?
- Category: Select the category that best matches your issue from the dropdown menu
- Organization: Verify your organization name is correct
- Priority: Select the urgency (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
- Attachments: You can attach screenshots, PDFs, or documents if helpful
Step 3: Submit Your Ticket
- Review your information to make sure everything is correct

- You'll receive a confirmation message with your ticket number
4. Tracking Your Support Tickets
View All Your Tickets
- Log into your account at
https://vantaca.zendesk.com - Click or in the menu
- You'll see all your open and recent tickets listed
Find a Specific Ticket
- Use the search bar at the top of the page and enter your ticket number or a keyword
- Click on any ticket from your list to view its full details and conversation history
Understanding Ticket Status
Each ticket shows a status to help you understand where it stands:
- New: Your ticket was just submitted and is being reviewed
- Open: The support team is actively working on your issue
- On Hold: We're waiting for information from you or another department
- Solved: The issue has been resolved (you can still reply if needed)
- Closed: The ticket is complete
5. Accessing Help Articles and Knowledge Base
Before submitting a ticket, check if your question has already been answered in our knowledge base.
Browse the Help Center
- Visit

- Browse by category or search for specific topics
Search for Answers
- Use the search box at the top of the page
- Type keywords related to your question (e.g., "payment setup" or "bulk import")
- Read through the suggested articles

6. Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it easily.
If You've Forgotten Your Password
- Go to

- Enter your email address

- Check your email for a password reset link from Vantaca Support
- Click the link and enter your new password
- You can now log in with your new password
Changing Your Password (While Logged In)
- Log into your account at

- Enter your current password, then your new password twice

Account Recovery Issues
What If You Can't Access the Password Reset Email?
If you're not receiving the password reset email:
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Wait a few minutes and check again (emails sometimes take a moment to arrive)
- If you still don't see it, and let us know you need account recovery help
What If You Can't Remember Your Email Address?
If you can't remember which email you used to create your account:
- Contact our support team by
