Vantaca Features

Homeowner Action Items

Description:

  • The following changes have been made to the Homeowners > Action Items page:
    • The Filter icon has been replaced with configurable Column Settings.

    • A Filter Search field will now display by default and allow users to sort by ascending/descending based on the criteria selected from the Filter dropdown.
    • Custom Column options have been added, allowing users to add or remove columns from the grid as needed.

Impact:

These new filters and custom column options allow further customizability to your Vantaca workflows along with a much quicker way to search on the Homeowner Action Items page. 

Full Mailing Address Column

Description:

The Full Mailing Address Column has been added as an available column option on the Homeowner > Homeowner List. Note: This currently applies only to Domestic Addresses.

Impact:

This Full Mailing Address column will save you the trouble of having to manually add together mailing information in multiple columns in order to create the full address when exporting to Excel.

Association Additional Info Export

Description:

A Choose a Group dropdown option has replaced the text field on the Association > Additional Info > Closing tab.

Impact:

You can now export information from the Closings tab. While you could previously export this info after doing some unique workarounds, there's now a ingrained function in Vantaca.

Vantaca Mobile App

Description:

The Unread Messages section has been renamed to Recent Messages.

  • Note: You'll need to update the Vantaca Mobile App to the most recent version (ver. 1.1.39) in order to see these changes.
Impact:

Your read messages were still displaying in this section even after being read, we've updated the section header to better reflect the actual behavior of the mobile app.

Homeowner Charge Tag Import

Description:

The Homeowner Charge Tag Import type has been updated to be more consistent with existing assessment imports.

  • The following fields will be available upon selecting the Homeowner Charge Tags Import type:
    • Import Mode
    • Association
    • Charge
    • Import File
Impact:

We updated this form's fields to be more consistent with the existing assessment imports.

 

Vantaca Corrections

Modern Portal

  • Action Items will no longer be unintentionally duplicated for merged properties on the Modern Portal's Action Item List after being created through a generation action item.

RevoPay

  • Resolved the error preventing RevoPay users from being able to export their validation file.

Ownership Transfer

  • The error causing the Ownership Transfer form to not update after selecting a homeowner has been resolved.

Association Documents

  • The error that was occurring when copying a Document Folder to another Association and the Subfolder's securities to override the configured settings has been resolved.

Mobile App

  • Resolved the error that users were experiencing when viewing Association Additional Info details.
  • Fixed an issue with the Inspection Filter not functioning correctly on the Inspection page.

New Action Item Messages

  • New Action Item Messages communications will now automatically default to an Email communication type after identifying an error involving attachments on new messages.

Zero Balance Statements

  • Resolved the error causing Last Zero Balance Statements to not pull from the last zero balance in instances where owners have a payment dated for the 1st of the month.

Voiding Split Payments

  • Users will now be able to void payments made from two bank accounts without having the payment split again between the two accounts.

My Action Items

  • The error causing the Assoc Code to not populate correctly on the Action Items > My Action Items grid has been resolved.

Copying Assessments

  • The following Exclude functions will now be included when copying assessments:
    • Exclude from Collection Balance Threshold
    • Exclude from Collection Lien Threshold

Bank Account Import

  • Added the GL for Interest field to the Bank Account Import after identifying that it was not being included as expected.

Property and Homeowner Import

  • Resolved the error that was preventing the Settled Date from populating when performing an Update Import Type.

Pay Invoices

  • The issue involving the Step button on the Accounting > Pay Invoices > Warning tab allowing invoices to be stepped to paid without processing payment step first has been resolved.
    • The Step button has been replaced with a Hamburger Menu button mceclip4.png with the following options:
      • Decline
      • Select
